About Lenfant Moderne

Lenfant Moderne was established in 2007 and is an annex to Gallery L'Enfant in Georgetown-Washington DC.

Situated behind Gallery L'Enfant from P st., Lenfant Moderne has taken on the role of providing a contemporary space

to Gallery L'Enfant's vast holdings of 19th & 20th century art and sculpture. Lenfant Moderne has also taken

on the role of presenting contemporary art in a 10,000 sq. ft. space that can handle large scale instalations of paintings

and sculpture on a rotating schedule of shows throughout the year.

Lenfant Moderne provides the visitors and community of Georgetown, Washington DC & greater metropolitan area a place

to come together for special events & exhibitions with the goal of greater understanding in the world we live through art.
